Sport Karate is a combination of martial arts blended with techniques from boxing. With its dynamic kicks and punches, Sport Karate is a great way for the whole family to keep fit and have fun in a friendly environment. Sport karate with the USKO is a brilliant way for children to receive the exercise that so many of them fail to get enough of these days. It can also serve to greatly boost their confidence while at the same time teaching them what could be valuable self-defence.
